If the sagging skin is confined to the upper thigh, remove skin and fat in a semicircle and the scar can be covered in underwear. Extended thigh lift surgery (long incision), is made inner thigh incision that the scar is located as invisible as possible. Arm lift incision is made in armpit wrinkles or inner arms to hide the scar when you wear the clothes. However, the amount of scar and recovery time varies from patient to patient.
